  amateur weather station. It used to have readings as far back as 1993 but seems to have had storage issues. At present , you can ponder over monthly results from 2000.

Shipping and Coastal Forecasts

1. Shipping forecasts are broadcast on Radio 4 at the following times, 00.33hrs, 05.55hrs, 13.55hrs and 17.50hrs.
2. Bristol Weather Centre issue Small Craft warning broadcast over local radio as appropriate, for wind force 6 and above. Similar warnings are supplied to Swansea Coastguard.
3. Marinecall offers a wide range of Inshore, Offshore and European sailing forecasts from the Met Office. Marinecall inshore forecast can be obtained for the Bristol Channel area, telephone 09066 526 242, calls currently charged at 60p per minute, or by fax: 09061 502 120 calls currently cost £1.50 per minute.
