Reuters report that the common parasite of the asian bee is the culprit for causing devastation amongst western beehives throughout Europe, probably including the recent collapse in bee numbers in reported in the United States.
The good news for bee keepers is that there is a cheap cure but I wonder what will happen to all the wild bees?
